Vedrox is used to treat bacterial infections in many different parts of the body. It belongs to the class of medicines known as cephalosporin antibiotics. It works by killing bacteria or preventing their growth. However, Vedrox will not work for colds, flu, or other virus infections.
Vedrox is available only with your doctor's prescription.
Dose
Children: 30 mg/kg orally per day, given once a day OR in divided doses 2 times a day
Precaution
- Patients with a known allergy to the cephalosporin group of antibiotics
