Paracetamol (120mg per 5ml): It acts as an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Dosage Guidelines (

Always shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use, and use the syringe/spoon provided with the packaging. Doses can be repeated every 4 to 6 hours as needed up to a maximum of 4 times in 24 hours.

2 to 3 months (weight over 4kg, born after 37 weeks): 2.5 ml. Give a second 2.5 ml dose after 4–6 hours if needed; do not exceed 2 doses total in 24 hours.

Critical Safety Warnings

Never Mix with Flugone P+: Do not give Calpol if your child has already taken Flugone P+ Syrup or any other paracetamol-containing medicine. Flugone P+ already contains a full therapeutic dose of paracetamol, and combining them poses a severe risk of accidental paracetamol overdose, which can cause irreversible liver damage.

Age Limits: Do not give this medicine to babies under 2 months old unless explicitly instructed by a doctor.

Duration Limit: Do not use it for more than 3 consecutive days without consulting a pediatrician.
