Esofag Kit

Esofag Kit contains Esomeprazole 20mg, Clarithromycin 500mg Amoxicillin 1000mg. It is indicated in healing of duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori and eradication of Helicobacter pylori in patients with active or healed peptic ulcer.

Dose

The recommended dosage regimen of Esofag kit is Esomeprazole 20 mg twice daily, amoxicillin 1000 mg twice daily and clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily for 7 days.

 Precaution

Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole, substituted benzimidazoles, β-lactam antibiotics (e.g. penicillins, cephalosporin), clarithromycin, or any other constituents of the formulations. History of an allergic reaction to penicillins or any macrolide antibiotic drugs.

Possible drug interactions for all components in the triple therapy should be considered.
