Delased Dry Cough Syrup soothes and eases irritation caused by coughs.
Each 5ml of Delased Dry cough syrup contains Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 14mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 6.5mg, Sodium Citrate 57mg, and Menthol 2mg.
How to use
For Adults and children over 12yrs: 10mls four times a day.
For children 6 to 11 years of age: 5ml four times a day.
For children 2 to 5 years of age: Delased paediatric is not recommended or as directed by a doctor.
Precautions
Do not take if you:
Are allergic to dextromethorphan or to any of the ingredients of the medication.
Are taking MAO inhibitors (e.g., , moclobemide, rasagiline, selegiline, tranylcypromine) or have taken them in the previous 2 weeks.
Have respiratory depression (breathing rate below normal)
Do not give this medication to children less than 6 years old.
Avoid alcohol
It may cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive or operate machinery.
