Adol 250 mg: Each suppository contains Paracetamol 250 mg as the Active ingredient. Paracetamol Suppositories are used for pain relief and treatment of fever in children above the age of 6 years.
Adol 250mg is suitable for children who find it difficult to take paracetamol as tablets or syrup.
Dose
Children aged 6 to 9 years (20-30 kg) – One 250 mg suppository.
Children aged 10 to 12 years (30-40 kg) – One to two 250 mg suppositories
Precautions
1. Adol 250mg suppositories should not be used if the child is allergic to paracetamol or to the other main ingredient.
2. Do not administer more than two suppositories at one time.
3. Do not administer more than 6 suppositories in 24 hours.
