Cadistin Plus is an expectorant with a bronchodilator, it controls coughs ,helps loosen mucus and opens up the airways. It is indicated for congestive respiratory disorders associated with asthma or chest tightness.
Each 5ml contains:
-Guafenesin 50mg
-Bromhexine Hcl 2mg
-Salbutamol 1mg
-Mentholated base.
Benefits:
Salbutamol is used as a bronchodilator in reversible airway obstruction due to asthma or COPD.
Bromhexine HCL is a mucolytic agent used in the treatment of respiratory disorders e.g cough with phlegm associated with viscid or excessive mucus.
Guaifenesin temporary controls coughs due to minor throat and bronchial irritation.
Along with this medications, drink enough lukewarm water and gargle with warm salt water to ease the symptoms.
Usual Dosage
One teaspoon (5ml) every 8 hours or as directed by the physcician.
