Ebastine is an anti-allergic medication that helps to alleviate the effects of allergic reactions including hay fever and urticaria (hives). Sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, skin rashes, redness of the eyes, and other symptoms can be cured.
Dosage
One 10mg tablet is usually taken once a day. The dosage can be increased to two 10mg tablets once a day in extreme cases. It should be taken regardless of food or meal.
Children under the age of 12 should not take this drug unless a doctor has recommended it. Despite the fact that Ebastine is a non-sedative antihistamine, it is likely that a small percentage of people who take it would feel drowsy.
