Proper Usage Steps
- Blow your nose gently to clear your nasal passages.
- Keep your head upright, insert the nozzle into one nostril, and press the other nostril closed with your finger.

- Repeat the process for the other nostril.
- Wipe or rinse the spray tip with hot water and recap it without letting water enter the internal mechanism.

Common Side Effects: Brief stinging, burning, or sneezing immediately after application, and occasional nosebleeds.

When to See a Doctor: Discontinue use and consult a physician if you develop a fever, discolored nasal discharge, sinus pain, wheezing, or chest tightness, or if your symptoms do not improve within 2 weeks. Avoid continuous self-treatment for more than 12 weeks without medical supervision.
