Nifelat R 20 mg tablets contain Nifedipine 20 mg which is used in the treatment of high blood pressure and chest pain (Angina). Nifedi-Denk 20 mg tablet is a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Precautions
Nifelat R 20 mg tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy but safe to use during lactation. It is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Nifelat R 20 mg tablet is recommended however it should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
