O.R.S Hydration Tablets 24's are effervescent, soluble tablets formulated to the World Health Organization (WHO) oral rehydration standards to quickly restore fluid and electrolyte balance.They are used to prevent and treat dehydration. They are highly effective during illness (vomiting and diarrhea), intense sports or exercise, hot weather, travel, and hangover recovery.
Active Composition
The tablets utilize a scientifically balanced glucose-sodium transport mechanism to force the intestines to absorb water rapidly:

Glucose (Dextrose): Accelerates water and sodium absorption in the gut.

Sodium Chloride: Replaces vital salts lost through sweat or illness.

Potassium Chloride: Restores intracellular electrolyte balance.

Citric Acid / Sodium Bicarbonate: Helps regulate acidity and creates the effervescent fizz.
Preparation & Dosage
Never swallow these tablets whole. They must always be fully dissolved in plain drinking water.

Standard Dilution: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of clean drinking water. For sports and prolonged exercise, you may dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml of water depending on flavor concentration.

Adults and Children over 6 years: Drink 200ml (one 2-tablet serving) each time fluid needs to be replenished. Do not exceed 24 tablets in a 24-hour window.

Children under 6 years: Drink 10ml of the prepared solution per kilogram of body weight, administered in small, frequent sips. Do not exceed 10 tablets in 24 hours.
