Olfen 75mg SR Depocaps contains diclofenac sodium (sustained release) which is used to relieve pain, swelling (inflammation), and joint stiffness caused by arthritis. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. This medication is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
Dose
One Depocaps of 75mg per day to be taken unchewed with a glass of water before meals/with meals.
Precaution
Olfen must not be used in the presence of peptic ulcers, pregnancy, lactation, hypersensitivity (e.g. With asthma attacks, skin reactions, acute rhinitis) to acetylsalicylic acid or other non steroid anti-inflammatory agents, severe disorders of liver function or hematopoiesis disorders.
