How to Use

Clean your hands: Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.

Prep the cup: Rinse the included eye bath with a small amount of the eye wash before use.

Fill: Fill the eye bath about 1/3 full with the solution.

Position: Tilt your head slightly forward, hold the eye bath by its base, and position it securely over your eye.

Wash: Slowly raise your head with your eye open so the fluid flows over it. Gently rock your head from side to side for at least 30 seconds.

Discard: Tilt your head forward again, remove the eye bath, and throw away any remaining liquid. Never pour used wash back into the bottle.

Repeat: Repeat the steps for your other eye if needed.
Important Safety Advice

Contact Lenses: While recent formulations state it is safe to use without removing contact lenses, checking your specific packaging is highly recommended. If your pack states otherwise, remove lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.

Sterility and Expiry: Once opened, you must discard the remaining solution after 28 days to prevent bacterial contamination.

Eye Bath Hygiene: If more than one person is sharing the application cup, always sterilise it by boiling it in water for 10 minutes between uses.

When to Avoid: Do not use if you have a known allergy to witch hazel or any listed ingredients. It is intended for minor irritation and should not be used on broken or infected skin around the eye.
