Panadol Cold & Flu Night (24 Tablets) is a multi-symptom medication formulated to relieve cold and flu symptoms during the evening to support restful sleep. It targets 8 major symptoms, including fever, headaches, body aches, blocked sinuses, and runny nose. Because it contains a sedating antihistamine, it causes drowsiness and should only be taken before bed.
Active Ingredient Composition
Each caplet contains a combination of three active ingredients:
-
Paracetamol (500mg): A pain reliever and fever reducer that targets sore throat, headaches, and muscle aches.
-
Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (30mg): A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages to clear blocked sinuses.
-
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2mg): An antihistamine that stops runny noses, sneezing, and watery eyes while assisting with sleep.
