Directions for use
Simply position the nozzle at the entrance to each nostril after removing the plastic cap and depress the pump by placing the fingers on either side of the nozzle. Breathe in deeply through the nose at the same time.
The blocked nose spray is non-drowsy and can offer congestion relief for up to 10 hours, thanks to its active ingredient, Xylometazoline.

Dosage: Adults and Children over 12 years - One spray into each nostril two or three times a day
Precautions
Do not use continuously for more than 7 days.
Do not exceed the stated dose, 3 doses in 24hrs

Continuous use for over 7 days is not recommended. If symptoms persist or worsen discontinue use and consult your doctor.
