Usage & Dosage Instructions

Target Audience: Adults and children 12 years of age and older.

Recommended Dose: Take 2 caplets at bedtime.

Maximum Daily Limit: Do not exceed 2 caplets in 24 hours.

Liver Damage Risk: Severe liver damage may occur if you take more than the recommended daily dose, take it with other medications containing acetaminophen, or consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily while using this product.

Drowsiness: This medication causes severe drowsiness. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol after taking it.

Duration Limit: Stop use and consult a doctor if your sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, as chronic insomnia may indicate an underlying medical condition.
